PANEER TIKKA
INGREDIENTS
400 grams panner - cut into flat 1" pieces(3/4)
1 tbsp garlic paste or 8-10 flat garlic crushed
1-1/2 tbsp ginger paste or 1-1/2 piece ginger crushed into paste
1/2 tbsp kala namak (rock salt)
2 tbsp amchoor powder
1 tbsp garam masala powder
8-9 tbsp of thick curd
1-1/2 tbsp red chili powder
3/4-1 tbsp salt
2 pinches haldi/2 pinches tikks color
2 medium onions - cut into 4 pieces & leaves separated
2 large capsicum - cut into 6-8 pieces
METHOD
Cut paneer into flat 1" pieces.
Quarter onions & separated leaves.
Cut each capsicum into 4-6 large pieces.
Mix curd, ginger & garlic paste, kala namak, amchoor, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, & a little haldi to give color.
Add paneer, onion pieces & tomato on borosil plate in a single layer.
Set the time for 8 min (in microwave) on grill mode.
